The PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COURSE is a resource for your life. It offers you help in two main modules:
Life problems
We all have problems. They act on our lives like poor tuning on a car, or bad aerodynamics on a plane, and keep us from achieving all that we want to. Our problem page takes you through the most common problems which cause people to ask for counselling or therapy. We give practical advice on a range of problems, such as stress, depression, even taking exams. As well as advice, we also suggest that there is a common underlying cause to many of these problems, and a revolutionary and unexpected solution. Email advice is offered.
A world-view that helps you survive life
Even if we don't have many specific problems, we are in a world that is pressured, often evil, frequently worrying. How can we find a world-view which makes sense of this world? And where can we find inner resources to handle life? Once more, you may be surprised at the basic answer we offer.
Plus other sections
We have a student page, with help on writing a CV resume, a large section of advice on visiting Britain, where to go, what to see, visa problems, and how to find more information. For those who do not have English as a first language, we offer help and advice on improving your language skills. Plus a whole magazine of other information.
The first step
Go to our questionnaire. It is not for submission, but to help you to stand back and look at your life. If it helps you, print it out on paper. Then follow through the link choices. Our answers may seem revolutionary! You may disagree very strongly with the answers we are suggesting. But all we can say is - they work. Independent research* has shown that those who follow the viewpoints given have a lower suicide rate, a better marriage survival rate, live longer, and claim to have found power and happiness in their lives that they did not have before!
