| Dare To Dream |
| Just as today's dreams fade into yesterday, tomorrow edges on in. We dream dreams of happiness and remember where it began. Yesterday has gone forever. Who knows? Tomorrow may never be. So, we shall dream the dreams of beauty, today, just you and me. When we met, it was on a yesterday; most important in our life forever. It was, now, long ago and far away. But still, our love will not sever. We go on for many miles, many years, a lot of joy ... some tears. But, today brings happiness. I can see and feel it all through the years. Our love is stronger, today. So, let us dream on, forever, of all things That are good and righteous, and all that our tomorrow brings. For, have we gone to great lengths to bring our family together That, throughout the coming tomorrow's, they will part never. So, we shall dream on about our yesterday, today, and all our time to be As we guard all happiness, with the fierceness of all the whales at sea. One day, soon, we'll go home, together. I so look forward to this new home, Built not with hands of this world, but our God of eternity. So, we dream on. We dream dreams of our children and theirs going on into tomorrow; Dreaming of peace, joy, and praying for no lingering sorrow ... To bind our love of freedom, that it could not survive or be alone, As our blood goes into tomorrow and dares, each day, to dream on. |
