| The Shores Of Galilee |
|
On the shores of Galilee, He walked beside the sea. He walked and talked and He preached His life to you and me. Told the story of His Father, up there in Glory, above. He walked pon the water and He taught us how to love. Said love our neighbor as thyself, no grief on him to bring. Give him your cloak, if he asks for a coat, the Lord's praises sing. Taught how love gives, not takes, not insistent on it's own way. He must have gazedout pon the sea and saw the world today. His inscription lives on, today. This is Jesus, King of the Jews. He walked the shores of Galilee ~ He bore great and exciting news. He told the elders of His Father. They were amazed that day. There was never one greater, who had come their way. Harken, ye missionaries, we know the way is hard to bear for you. But, if God called you to come and go, what else can you do? I know we need to shower our appreciation more to each and all, Who have given their life for Jesus, born in a lowly stall. He will Bless you. He knows the woes and hardships of your life. He will reward in that day of reckoning, those who bore, for Him, strife. He is not deaf, that He cannot hear, nor blind and unable to see. One day, He will bring you into His Glorious Kingdom, in total victory. |
