| Noah |
|
How'd you get all those hens, Birds and cats, and goats back then? How'd they come to just that place? Did some of them have to race? The rain would come, But not before Noah got them in and God shut the door! Now, tell me true, Did none of them fight When they had to stay there, On the boat, all night? And I can guess, When the water went away, They had an awful crowd At the door, that day! They must have stuck around. For, a rainbow, high, Was shining, right there, In the big, blue, sky! A rainbow is a promise That God's word is true, A promise that He'll always Love me and you. |
