HELP ME
Ah! Wouldst that I be born again again. That I may blameless come to Thee, to gain Thy help remembering countless times a day To keep on letting Thee hold unchanging sway. Yea, give my heart wings to keen Thy Holy breeze, To gather in the patience, willingness, and ease That quenches wicked thirsts and heartens weakened will, That I may walk again and hold Thy hand and be fulfilled. © 2000 Marge Mulder
MY PRAYER
Oh, let my spirit rouse within me? Give me creative agony. I offer full, my living cup For Yours to take, to hold, to sup. Let me not lie among the slain, Let me walk and hold a hand, Let me help the Light to shine, And let my will and soul be Thine?
