| Another Day |
|
Another day, another trial Seems more than I can bear; Alone, tired, and weary ~ Not a soul around to care. Dear Father, take this load. Just give me time to rest. Renew my flagging spirit, While I face another test. I will find a quiet spot Where I can kneel and pray And ask You for more strength, To get me through each day. However dark the weeks become, When pain becomes too much, I'll cast my burden on You And feel Your healing touch. Without You by my side, My life has no meaning at all. Hold me closer to your heart And hear me when I call. |
