| I Am So Blessed |

I was so blest by my Saviour And His righteous hand, Blessed to spread His good news Throughout the land. I have been blessed and touched by an angel, Who appeared and asked me to write poems ... Blest by the love of my life, Which gave me peace and tranquility in my home. God, only You have blessed me From the day I was created and born. Only for You could I accept hurts And fears, or to be scorned. You gave me a will to carry on with my life And to be a witness, for You, each day. In Your world of beauty, I want to forever Accomplish Your gifts and continue to stay. When You come to get me, When my life, here on earth, is over. I will want to walk with You in the Pure green grass, with plenty of clover. You gave me peace And refreshed my soul. You touched my heart And made it whole. I give You praise and thanks For the life I was given And I will be blest, Until I am with You, in heaven. |
