I'm Not Giving Up

I'm not giving up and,
No, I won't turn around.
In the past, I sunk
Ten feet under ground.

I need a miracle and, by the grace
Of God, I'll win a crown.
Many times, that tempter calls.
Once again, I've stumbled and I fall.

I'm down and I'm afraid I have been beaten.
I need a miracle for, instead of Jesus,
It's Satan I'll be a meetin'.

The dark side entered
And out went the light.
Oh, Jesus! All I'm asking
Is for a miracle, tonight.

Tied, gagged, and
Defeated by sin.
Miracles do happen and
I need one to win.

The Bible says to let go
And You will set me free.
Jesus appeared and showed
That nail scared hand to me.

Walking through the valley,
through that veil of tears,
A miracle happened and I was
released from all my fears.

A miracle happened
And I'm not giving up.
For now, I have changed and
I'm drinking from my Savior's cup.
