| Life Changes |
|
Each day of your life, From your birth until your death, A special gift was given to you - That came only from God. It's a gift that is given freely, To show how much He cared. It's a love that is, passed on to others, Only to be shared. Time passes by so swiftly; In a twinkling of an eye. Remember you may not be here To say, "I Love You," or even Have the time to say, "Goodbye." Often we take life for granted And then it's too late. You regret the bad things that have Caused friction and led you to hate. As a child, you are nurtured By your parents; as you were growing up. Kisses and hugs were given as you Stumbled, fell, and gave your self a bump. Time stands still for no one and Life, sometimes, takes a rough turn. Now, hugs and kisses are given To your ailing parents, as your broken heart Breaks and starts to yearn. The past and the future adds To the love you both have embraced. It's a free gift given To all the human race. When life is over and It's time to go to our Redeemer, You thank God that He gave you The strength to face every stormy sea. Take time to smell the roses and Show the world that you were all That You were meant to be. |
