Poems
Your World by Debra W. Higley |
|
I see in your eyes how they drift into the nightly sky. In my mind I wonder what you see in the world's of darkness. Do you see the endless skies of black? Is this a place of emptiness, where you can have an open mind and be at peace? Is this a place where one can find inner beauty of ones own self? Or just a place to run and hide from the furies of the world. My dear I will be here for you when you return from the world of darkness. Then we will once more dance to the sounds of the bird's songs, and float in the sky with butterfly wings. |
