THE COUCH POTATO

A time of forced mellowness, what a time this has been now! Bruised and battered muscles. Soreness, pain,with every breath. I tend to be lackadaisical with this old body, of age-worn sinew and bone. I really don't place any expectations upon it. I just at times forget it's limitations, due to how long it has spent on this earth. More horizontal than vertical.
