God shows us the way of the new Christian, we've been there, in those hard places of extremes. When I see that person going through the tempering of their soul, my heart rejoices for them, for I know no matter how it looks to them, the circumstances are under Gods control. How we agonized over and over with worry, as we look back on our past trials and tribulations. How much we have grown,in strength, in love, in Christ. To the strong times now, as we cry the tears for other believers. We have learned to dance in our hearts,for we know He is faithful, to comfort, to love,to deliver; Our only doubt was in our youth. God and me, He and I, together now and always. I delight in being more than a conqueror, for he's already fought the battles; I have but to claim the victories. As we went through our trials, we saw more of our selfishness. Not realizing our children are learning of their God by our actions. We may see the innocence we once possessed, as they love us unconditionally. Even within the severity of our circumstances, we become the teachers of our childrens hearts. It is good our children see the humble side of who we are. It's a real perspective in living life. For the parent, as well as the child. |
