| Thank You Jesus by Vicki Wood |
|
Thank you, Jesus, For unburdening me. For my eyes are finally opening And I'm learning to see. Through God's will, I'm seeing the light. And, oh, precious Jesus, It's so warm and very bright. Being unsaved, I was wilted and dying. Now, the tears I shed are "Thank you Jesus!" tears I'm crying. Lord, you took me in Your hands and up lifted me. For, it's your spiritual child You want me to be. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you For not turning your face. With you, I'll walk beside - In your sanctified grace. I'm being touched By you, in every way. In Jesus' name, thank you For giving me another day. Just like a babe in arms, I'm learning to walk. Through the grace of God, I can spiritually talk. Help me walk on The straight and narrow So my soul will soar free Just like the sparrow. |
