Even birds say hi. When you pass them by Ivories clamber too To pay tribute to you. Because you're so strong. You captured the throng That once shadowed you. They fancy you too. I know a good thing And, you clearly bring Joy, peace and love Gentle as a dove. A perfect friend Through thick and thin, It would be silly To gild the lily. Tried tested and true I do love you. My friend, a treasure Beyond any measure. |
