WHY ME LORD?
BY
Macalbert Kachi Allison

Why me LORD?
That you have to be crowned
With thorns for my glory

Why me LORD?
That you have to be nailed
On the cross like a criminal for my victory

Why me LORD?
That you have to go all out
To bear the burden of seen for my deliverance

Why me LORD?
That you left your sonship
To be sentenced to death for my salvation

Why me LORD?
That you have to bear the pains
Of an excrutiating death for my happiness

Why me LORD?
Oh thank you for your unconditional love
It is just so amazing
It is just so sweet
But for your grace and mercy, I am unworthy.
