Sometimes I Wonder

Sometimes, I wonder, Lord,
Of who I really am
And I often question,
"Where do I fit into Your plan?"
I have nothing special
To give service for my King.
If I had worldly riches,
Would still be just a simple thing.
I have very little wisdom
That would draw me unto You.
I have very little talent.
There is so little that I can do.
But, I do have hands
That will fold in prayer
And I have a smile
That I often wear.
Can You use these humble offerings
To serve You, each and every day,
And I can raise my voice in praise
And lift my voice to pray?
You do so much for me, O Lord,
And in Your way I choose to walk,
And in my loving thoughts -
Let my speech be Godly talk.
If a soul completely surrendered
would be a witness true,
Then take my soul, surrendered,
As I give it up to You.
I have so little to offer.
But, I give it willingly.
For, how could I refuse You anything
For all You do for me?
Well, here I am, my Lord.
Make my heart Your throne.
In my daily walk with You,
Make my life much like Your own.
My heart seeks after You
And it hungers for Your touch.
My praise for You sings out
Because I love You so much.
With whatever gifts You give me,
Consecrated they shall be.
Take each and every thing I have
To be used to full capacity.
The only person I want to be
Is who I am in You.
There is so much love You give.
O Lord, what can I do for You?
Thank you for my blessings.
I will raise my voice in praise.
A child of the King am I
and His banner, now, I raise.
If, in my own small way,
I can be of use to Thee -
Just direct my path, O Lord,
And thanks for loving me.
Amen
