| Are You Disappointed God? |

God, are you disappointed in me, today, Since I did not go ~ but chose to stay ... In the comfort of my home? I rested When I knew my faith, in You, was being tested. You asked me to go to my neighbor's door. I, simply, said, "No, that is such a chore." God, did I disappoint you, today, As I chose to leave the Bible alone, nor did I pray? I feel so sad, now that I made this choice To leave You alone and to ignore your voice. Forgive me, Father, as I missed a chance To serve you faithfully ~ as you asked. I know that I disappointed my Father, today. Forgive me and, tomorrow, I will not stray. |
