| We Need A Prayer Meeting |

We need a prayer meeting across our land; Thinking of our troops fighting in that sand. We call ourselves believers in all that is right. Yet, we abort our babies and, with each other, we fight. Does not seem to matter what the fight is about; It is 'I am right and your are wrong'. Isn't that right? We need a prayer meeting, across our land, To come together and love one another as our self. That is what our God would like from us. Let us pray for the politicians, That they will get right with Him. So much confusion, everyday of our life; Our little children cannot understand all the strife. Neighbour against neighbour, State against state; What in the world will be our fate? We need a prayer meeting, across our land. Gather together, bow before Him, and pray ... For guidance and mercy that we need, every day. Oh, how we need a prayer meeting, today. |
