When you received your Salvation, did you really think you would have no more troubles in living this life? (I will tell you a secret of God.) Having received your Salvation, God desires you to now do your part, in learning to be "A son or daughter of God", by striving for Christlikeness. In reading God's Word, you will see that He expects you to become as Christlike as possible in your walk with Him on this earth, by asking, seeking and knocking. |

| He will allow troubles, and trials to come against you, but never more than you can bear for that moment. Why does He temper the pain and suffering with no more than you can bear? Within the pain and the suffering, he does his teaching. For he has found that this is when His creation learns best. We all will suffer and have pain during this lifetime, could we do any less for our Jesus, than the price he paid for us? I thank my God up till this point, he has not required me to give my life for him. I would like to think that I would be prepared if He asked it of me. It seems the human creation is taught best through adversity and struggles, within pain to grow in the spirit. The world is teaching its selfishness to us, until we invite Christ within. (Selfishness takes inner space, better used for more of Jesus.) Selfishness has no place in a Body of Christ. It has worked for Him since His plan for his creation's redemption was worked out with Himself, and His Son Jesus. "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." "We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;" "When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee: and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee". © George J.
