Do you realize that you are being offered a gift, an invitation to become a child of God! This is the most valuable gift anyone can receive and yet it costs nothing to have. Jesus Christ came down to this Earth and paid the price for you and I, and that is why it is a free gift. He was ridiculed and mocked and yet he opened not his mouth and was crucified on a cross, because he loves us so very much.
You are probably asking "what must I do to receive this Gift of ETERNAL SALVATION?"
Well the answer is so simple, most people don't accept it, and think they aren't good enough or too much of a sinner for God to love them. But that is so far from the truth, you see that is why Jesus came to Earth, for the sinners. He came to give us life where there was only death. HE LOVES YOU very much and please do not let anyone ever tell you differently.
In John 3:16 it says, "For God so loved the world, he gave his only son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life". and in Romans 10:13 it says, "Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be Saved" that means YOU and me. Some people think they are so bad that God doesn't want them, but that word WHOSOEVER means all of us. So smile, God wants you as well.
To receive the gift of salvation, we need to acknowledge that we are sinners and we need to repent of our sins. The word "repent" means 'to turn away from the sin.'
Then we need to accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior and be baptized.
In Acts 2:38 it says, Peter replied,"Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
This means that all we have to do is to believe in our heart that Jesus came to Earth and died for our sins!
If we do believe then all is needed is a pray, a simple but powerful prayer of salvation.
It's not just by saying some words and moving on, you see God looks at the person's heart. That is why when you pray the prayer, it has to be from your whole heart. ARE YOU READY TO PRAY?

Pray these words from your heart
God, I'm sorry for my sins, my wrong life.
Right now, I turn from My sins and ask you to forgive me.
Thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die on the cross for my sins.
Jesus, I ask you to come into my life and be my Lord, Savior, and Friend.
Thank you for forgiving me and giving me eternal life.
In Jesus' name I pray.
Amen

To start your new life in Jesus, take these proven steps:
1. Get into a local Church
find a good Bible believing, teaching church.
A healthy church will give you opportunities to expand your new life in Jesus.

2.Read the Bible everyday
That's God's way of talking to his children.
Start with the New Testament Gospel of John; ask the Lord to teach you as you read.
The Bible has power to speak to your daily life.

3. Speak to God each day in prayer
Bring your troubles and problems to God because he cares for you.
Give thanks to God for all that you do.
The Lord will guide you because He is committed to your new life.
