Vacancies with UK’s SOON Ministries team

Derbyshire-based SOON Ministries is a part of the WEC International mission agency. They produce outreach papers in easy-English, French, Swahili and West African Fulani dialects.

These papers contain a varied mix of testimonies, parable-type short stories, feature articles and Bible passages, all designed to engage with those with no Christian background.

There is an urgent need for 4-6 new team members. Applicants will share the team’s vision for world mission using literature and digital media. Within the group of new team members, skills needed include writing, publicity, database administration and IT, finance and office admin, plus social networking. These positions are not salaried: team members live ‘by faith’, raising their own support.

Note: it is extremely difficult for non-EU citizens to obtain the necessary work permit to work in Christian ministry within UK.
