| A Gift Of Love |
|
Love has no boundaries. It extends across the seas. Neither height or depth Could erase this love from me. The greatest love of all Was sent down long ago; Given freely to mankind, That all of us may know. The Father and the Saviour Have not forgotten that which was made. He's prepared a place in glory. The price has done been paid. Greater love hath no man Than to lay down His life for a friend. Christ came, with this message, That His Father had Him to send. So, love ye one another, With a love that's pure and true. As the Saviour has commanded, Love as I've loved you. For if love should fill the world, Strife, and hate would all decease. Then we all could live together, In a world of perfect peace. |
