| Flesh and Blood |
|
Lord, you know I'm only flesh and blood And, in this flesh, I make mistakes. But, thanks to your forgiveness, My soul's perfected by your grace. There's hope in your salvation plan, Where faith and love abide; Where Everlasting Life is found And mercy dwells inside. My soul is cleansed and purified By your redeeming name. This flesh and blood will cease to be. But, your spirit will remain. It's good to know forgiveness Still reigns upon God's throne And, through His grace and mercy, He will lead us safely home. Matt:26:41 Watch and pray that ye enter not into Temptation; the spirit indeed is willing, But the flesh is weak. |
