| Keep My Soul |
|
Keep my soul and deliver me, Lord. Look upon my affliction and pain. Cast your eyes upon mine enemies, Who seek my destruction for gain. Examine me, Lord, and try me. Look into the depths of my heart. You have led my soul into sanctity, Lord, Where, once, it was lonely and dark. Bow down thine ear to me, Lord. You are my strength, my sword, and my shield. You are the rock of my salvation. To your counsel, alone, will I yield. I will exalt Thee, Lord, and lift Thee up. For, you have saved my soul from hell. I will praise your name, as long as I breathe, And lead the lost to your Living Well. |

Ps. 42:11 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the health of my countenance, and my God. |
