The Lord Gets Amnesia

As far as the east is from the west,
That's how much our Lord forgets.
When He forgives our sins and erases our debts,
They're as far as the east is from the west.

And as far as the north is from the south,
He forgets our transgressions and erases our doubts.
He chooses not to remember what they were about.
They're as far as the north is from the south.

Let me tell you, brethren, it's a well known fact. The Lord gets amnesia when it comes to that.
He never reminds us of our past sins.
They're all blown away, like the Seminole winds.

So, don't bring up your past mistakes.
The Lord erased them with His loving Grace.
They lie down, deep, on the ocean floor -
To be remembered, by the Lord, no more.

Psalms: 103:12
As far as the east is from the west,
So far hath He removed our transgressions
from us.
