| Without God's Love |
|
Without God's love, I'm sure we'd be Drowning in a sea of sin For all eternity. Without His compassion, His tender love, and grace There would be no hope, at all, For this futile human race. And, without hope, we'd all be hopeless; Without faith, a faithless creed ~ Filled with despair, without forgiveness, Drifting along like lost ships at sea ... Tossed about, from shore to shore, Never settling upon dry land And, with no dreams to call our own, We'd all sink in shifting sands. But, with God's strength to lean upon And with His son's great sacrifice, We all have reason to rejoice, And that's called "Eternal Life" |
