Privacy and confidentiality
We treat any information you give us as confidential and under normal circumstances will not disclose it to any third party whatsoever, although if you admit to planning or committing a very serious crime, or provide evidence of ongoing child abuse, or disclose that you are about to commit suicide, we reserve the right to inform the appropriate authorities.
This service is provided by volunteers. Neither SOON Ministries nor individual volunteers warrant the correctness of any information or opinions supplied to you. Our role is to give you the opportunity of talking over your problems with Christian people and you alone are responsible for any decisions you may take after talking to us, and for verifying the accuracy of any information we may provide and the appropriateness of any suggestions that we may make. If you have a serious life problem we strongly advise that you also contact medical or other professional help services in your area, if you are not already in touch with them.
We will listen to any problems you share in a non-judgemental and non-directive way. We will not send you any unsolicited communications, or use your email address for any other purpose.
